Cromo is a suspenseful murder mystery from Argentina with cases of environmental and human harm due to corporate negligence as a central storyline.
The Cromo TV series uses an ecological issue as the starting point for its story. Here, an unknown (at least, initially) source of water pollution is killing fish and causing other problems along the river near Corrientes, Argentina. The suspicious death of research biologist Valentina (Emilia Attias) prompts her husband Diego (Guillermo Pfening) and a close friend Simon (German Palacios) to begin investigating her death, though each also has to come to terms with her passing as they decide how far and deep they want go with their inquiries.

Cromo, cuenta la historia de una científica (Valentina) que muere en extrañas circunstancias mientras realiza una investigación en torno a una curtiembre en Corrientes. Su marido (Diego) y su mejor amigo (Simón), que era amante de la mujer, viajan al lugar para descubrir qué fue lo que pasó, y terminan metiéndose en un asunto que pone en riesgo sus propias vidas.
En formato de miniserie de 12 capítulos, Cromo es un thriller policial-científico basado en hechos reales.
La serie fue reconocida a nivel internacional en diferentes festivales, como SeriesMania1 en París y el Festival de "Los Cabos". Teniendo su avant premier en el TIFF 2015 (Festival Internacional de Cine de Toronto), donde fue la única ficción latinoamericana elegida para participar de la primera sección para series.
